Bar For Batting

I have the Fusion and have been re-arranging my quilting room (not moving the Fusion though!!) but thought the bar on the bottom for the storing 2 battings. But... the bar will not go through the cardboard tube in the batting... did have our dealer ask if the bar would push the tube out.... no way.. it's wrapped too tight. Any ideas? The bar is the same size as the upper bars. My friend has the HQ16 on the new frame and her bar was smaller and did go through the batting...

Thanks for your help... I let my dealer know what you said and they took care of it for me... they are the BEST dealers!!! got the bars and the bigger are on their way back probably next week as the dealer was here fixing some little issues and took the bar with him... Thanks again!!
