Bobbin Winder

OK, I got my bobbin winder in April with my new Avante. I used it for the first time this past weekend and I was able to get one good wound bobbin. I first used Marathon thread and the winder didn't like that thread-the thread kept jumping out of the discs even after tightening the tension. So I changed threads and went to Masterpiece thread and it the bobbin wouldn't spin on the spindle so my DH adjusted it so that it gave me a wonderful wound bobbin. I tried to wind another bobbin and I could only get a quarter bobbin wound. My DH tried to adjust it again to no avail. The bobbin doesn't even spin on the spindle.

Any ideas why my bobbin winder isn't working?

Please call into our customer service department at 877-697-8458 M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MDT and they will be able to help you with this problem.

I guess I have to call customer service. My bobbin winder is just not cooperating. This is sooo frustrating. I can't quilt if I can't get a good bobbin. ERRRRRR!
