The first bobbin I did was fantastic. Now, I can't get it to fill a bobbin without turning itself off three or four times before it is finished. Any ideas? I've double checked my threading sequence. It is the same thread (all I have currently is the big Star spools of Coats & Clark 100% cotton - linty but otherwise doing fine).
There are some adjustments that come with the instructions. I find that if I just gently touch the thumb lever that engages the bobbin with the tip of one finger, that keeps it from stopping early. Also make sure the tension isn't too tight.
Ah. I was afraid to mess with the tension on it. Although, my husband just wound a perfect bobbin when he took a look at it.

Apparently it was just me! I will have to experiment. Thank you!
