I took off the rubber ring and took it to Auto Zone. They had an O ring the same size and it works just fine. I think it cost about a dollar.

The rubber ring for the bobbin winder is available at Handi Quilter. Just contact customer service and tell them the part that you need You can reach them at 1-877-MY-QUILT (697-8458).
