Can't control menus

Last night I attached my micro-handles and I forgot to turn the machine off to attach the cable. Now the machine will come on, but I have no lights and no control of the screens. I have an HQ16, tilt-screen on the front handles, stitch regulator with an upgraded c-pod (when I purchased the micro-handles). The front screen reads Handlebar 3a, version 3.21. The back screen reads Handlebars version 2.1. Neither screen reacts to the pushing of the buttons.

I can access the screen on the c-pod (v 8.00 label on it when I upgraded) of the stitch regulator and step through options but no control of the lights. Last night after this first happened I would press the start button and it would stitch about 5 stitches and then stop on its own. I did still have lights last night. I turned everything off for 24 hours and when I came back tonight, I can get the needle to move up and down but I haven't tried to stitch anything since I have no lights.

I'm sure something just got out of sync when I plugged in the micro-handles, but how do I get it back in sync?

Thanks! Called and got ahold of Sam. Mike was gone for the day. I am shipping the c-pod back after some phone diagnostics. I'm holding out hope for a "cheap" fix. :-)

Also - the phone number you gave didn't work. I used 877-697-8458 instead.
