carriage not moving

when the Pro Stitcher engaged carriage will not moved either way. In manual it will move fine.
I have called and waiting for return call

When your Pro-Stitcher is engaged the carriage will not move. You need to dis-engage the motor and then you can move it. In the upper right hand corner of your Pro-Stitcher screen you will see a button that says Motors Enabled or Motors Disabled. If that button is green your motors are enabled. Touch to button and it will change to purple and now your motors are disabled. With your motors disabled you will be able to move your machine.
