Convert to Sit Down

Can an HQ16 machine that was originally bought as a machine/table/rails/frame combo be converted to a sit down machine? I purchased the whole kit and kaboodle from a woman who barely used hers. I am a bit space limited for right now to get the whole setup going, but I want to use my machine. Can it be easily converted to a sitdown model?
