I was wondering if anyone from HQ reads these posts. There are some excellent questions here that I think someone from HQ should step up and answer.

I don't know if HQ reads this forum or not. I would think that they do. They may be answering some of the questions and concerns and we just don't know it.

They may not be letting us know that they are watching so that we feel the freedom to say what we want or feel. That way, they glean the knowledge of customer feed back.

That's fine, except that there are some questions they should be addressing, in mho.

And I agree but there is an 800 number to call for support. I've had to call a few times and it's been great. I even called about how to square a quilt and quilt back. I had sent it in email request and THEY CALLED ME! The person I spoke with was VERY KNOWLEDGABLE and explained it very well to me. Now that I follow her tips my quilts and backs go on straight, roll up straight, and unroll straight. WOW how easy is that!
