This only happens when I am quilting a large quilt and get about halfway and then I get this error message on a regular bases and have to reboot the complete system and find my spot back which is very frustration.

Error in Variable GetCtcPtr: pCtx(49f0050)| = pCtx->pCtx (4a5a848)|Param:4929f0 state:2

The more I am using my ProStitcher the more it is happening. It is very frustrating.

I am sorry you are having such a frustrating problem. The best thing for you to do is to call Handi Quilter and talk to someone in Tech Support. They can help figure out what is happening and the solution to it. The phone number is 877-697-8458 Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM MST.
