Hi, I posted on the Fusion blog and got no response, so I thought I'd repeat it here:
While successfully quilting (stitches and tension are good) I repeatedly get the error message that my thread is broken or my bobbin is empty. Neither is the case. The machine continues sewing properly, but it is very annoying. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this? I have rethreaded, dusted for lint, reloaded the bobbin, etc.

Your thread sensor needs a minor adjustment. You can either call your rep or call our customer service at 1-877-697-8458, M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. They will be able to help you get your problem resolved.
