I have no problems. Perhaps you should call the helpdesk. Good luck!

| Maybe you are trying to get your quilt sandwich too tight. Your don't have to bounce a quarter of it. Do you have it extended to it's full length? Also which frame do you have? There were some problems with earlier models but there are some fixes listed on the old forum. Maybe someone will post them on the new forum. |

If you have one of the older frames, the poles did tend to sag. Get some conduit and put your poles inside, that will solve the problem.
CJ Have you "Tinkled" today? |

| I purchased the display/rental machine from my dealer. The poles were bent. Didn't bother me while I free hand quilted, but when I used the pro-stitcher it did. We ordered three of the clog wheels from HQ. I took one to Home Depot and sized it against the elec conduit poles. I bought 3 1" poles. The wheel holes were a mite smaller than the conduit, so today I built a wooden gadget to hold my wheel steady and inserted a small sander drum bit that goes with a Dremel tool into my regular hand drill and sanded away at the holes until they slipped on the conduit. Tomorrow I am picking up a metal drill bit and metal screws and screwing the wheel onto the poles so they won't slip. Will put a second screw onto the end of the pole after placing it into the frame to keep it from sliding back off. Bayside quilting offers the velcro for the poles. The elec conduit I found was only 10 feet long and the sectional poles that came with the frame were 7 inches longer. I'll keep them in case I do a really big quilt, but I'll only do free hand with them. |
