Hi, I am having a problem...I will be sewing along just fine and suddenly my machine stops and nothing happens...I am not losing power my screens are still lit up and I still have lights, but none of the buttons work and I can't sew or move my needle. The thread is not caught up anywhere and all my connections have been checked. This happened when I first got my machine, but it stopped for months, but it's happening again and I live 5 hours from the closest rep ;( Any suggestions?
