Fusion Platform tracks

I have the fusion and LOVE the V-track system but wondered why you didn't put those on the platform?? Today was quilting along and notice white flecks on the table... there is a big nick in the white tracks on the platform... how does that happen? it is just flacking off.. i used a very fine emory board to work out the nick but I believe this will continue.. any suggestions? When I had the HQ16 even though I noticed nicks i never actually saw any flecks of white maybe because my table was white and this one is black...

Thanks guys ... i did call and got my new white tracks in a couple days... I think this is just a very minor problem... love my Fusion and ProStitcher . The support is awesome!!
