I had so many issues with the update that I went back to the last update. Now my HQ will not recognize the pro-stitcher.
Any suggestions?
I went back to the previous update, and now my HQ won't sew. It follows the pattern on the Pro-Stitcher, but the needle doesn't sew. I used the manual mode to baste across the quilt, but when I put it back in computer mode, I can still use the handlebars. I have used the trouble shooting guide for the HQ and checked all the cables. I have had this happen before, but when I rebooted the Pro-Stitcher and restarted the HQ it solved the issue. It didn't this time. It frustrates me to no end to deal with these issues. I work during the day, so I have to rush home to call HQ while they are there, so I can do what I really love at night, and the issues of course happen at night when HQ is not immediately available. Maybe I should go back to the update and just deal with the issues with it?
Well, I downloaded the new version of 1.3.7 and installed it, and my HQ will now sew. The only issue with this update on my HQ is that it takes several stitches while shutting down or rebooting.
