Hi, I just signed up to this forum. My wife has a HQ16 and loves it she just ordered the new frame and micro handles for her machine. I just retired from my job after 31 years and have started to make things that she can use with her HQ16 to help her out. Ron from rns-design.com |

| Hi Ron Welcome to the forum. I've been reading your posts on the mqresource forum as well. I've also looked at a lot of your pattern boards and hope to purchase some very soon. Keep up the good work! What size of pattern board would be used with our HQ16'S? |

Hi, My wife test all of the pattern boards on her HQ16, so any of the pattern boards we make will work on your HQ16. |

| Hi all, am new to my HQII frame. I have mixed feelings about it. I put it together and quilted a king size quilt and the poles kept falling out of the plastic side frame. I am very upset. I have called the engineer at HQ and they have given me some suggestions that did not help. I am very frustrated and could use some help. |

Hi all, I'm also new to this forum, I just ordered my HQ 16, is suppose to be here on Friday, Ron what can you tell me about your patterns, where can I look at them? I can hardly wait to set up & get to quilting on my new machine. thanks for any & all input. this was a big jump for me but my daughter keeps telling me that I can't take it with me when I'm gone so go for it> I get buyers remorse really bad but know I'll love this machine. thanks lsl |

Lindasue; You can see Ron's designs at www.rns-design.com He has some beautiful patterns. His wife has HQ16 also, so all of their patterns work VERY WELL with our machines. |

Quilt007-- Been there done that with the HQ frame. I had the original frame. I tried to tape the long "L" shaped brackets down on both ends. Right before I got my HQ 16 I tried clamping those "L" brackets in the middle rather than one end of the "L." You might also try clamps on both ends. That should keep the brackets from toeing out and making room for the poles to fall. I assume you've watched the video that came with the frame and explains set up. Good luck. Jean |

| Help! I went to www.ms-design.com and got a race car site...I think there might be a small problem. Tried to 'Goggle' it and kept coming up with the same thing...so how do I get to the site? Any other ideas? I'd like to see what you have Ron...esp. if the price is right...Reply soon! |
