You still want to quilt as you go. This will prevent tucks in the back of your quilt. You do want to SID to stablize each block. If you want to leave an area and come back to it later, make sure it is stablized completely before going on. Then as you come back to it be careful to keep it smooth and tight.

There are several quilters who have DVDs. Kim Brunner and Renae Haddadin are a couple. There are others also.
