Instructions Needed

I have watched the brief videos on the Handi Quilter Website, however, there is so much to learn. I love my Pro-Stitcher, but sometimes I know I do things the hard way. I was at IMQA in Overland Park and signed up for the Pro-Stitcher class, but unfortunately the class was canceled. I did get some wonderful brief instructions from the staff that was at IMQA. I can't attend the class in Utah, but would there be any possibility of hosting a class in the Midwest? Would a questionaire to those living around the midwest to see how many would attend be possible?
Are there any plans for classes at other quilting events, that us living far away might attend? Any time I have had issues with the Pro-Stitcher, a call to you, or posting on this site has helped immensely and if we could tap into some of your knowledge in a classroom setting, we owners would have a lot less frustrations. Thanks for the consideration. |

We have 6 TSE's (Territorial Sales Educators)that live and work in different parts of the country. The best thing that you could do is to encourage you local rep (shop owner) to sponsor one of these educators to come and have an event at his/her store. They have several different subjects they can teach-Pro-Stitcher being one of them. That would probably be your best option if you are not able to come to Utah for one of our retreats.

I would do that except the dealer I purchased my Pro-Stitcher and Handi quilter from is no longer a dealer. I guess I need to call Handi Quilter and see where I need to go to find support and training.
Thanks. |
