laser light on Simply 16

|I have asked this question several times, via e-mail and in the troubleshooting section. I recently purchased a Simply 16. I have been using it, it works fine so far. I had my introductory class, that was great. I just decided to put my laser light on the machine. Problem is , there is no light from it. Yes, the machine was turned on, no light. I twisted the end like the manual states, still no light. Is this a problem with the light itself, or the pod on the machine. Please answer.|

The easiest thing for you to do will be, if you are close enough, take your laser light into your local rep and have them test the light and see if it is working. It will work in any of our machines. If you are not close enough then you can call into Handi Quilter customer service at 1-877-697-8458, and ask for Greg.
