Machine Speed Varies at Start of Each Row

Hi,

I am new to using the HQ 16 and just hopeing I can find the answere to this question. It seems that if I let the machine set for just a few minutes it starts at a slower speed when I start a new row on my quilt. I am using the Machine Shop puck for the speed control. I have tried warming the machine up by taking the top thread out and running for a few minutes. I reather not have to do this on each row. Help!

I have a new HQ16 and haven't experienced this problem. Maybe you ought to talk to customer support. You may have something set wrong. They are really ready to help you. Let us know what happens.
