This message comes up when I try to use my machine. I've tried disconnecting the pro-stitcher and turning the machine off. It seems to reset when I turn it back on, but will not sew and the error message comes back on.

"Motor Stall" is telling you that you have a thread lock. Anytime that comes up on your screen, the first thing you do is to turn the machine off. It is important to turn it off, because after you get the thread loose, the machine has a memory and might want to finish the last stitch it was in the process of making. If your fingers are in the way when it does this, you might not be a very happy quilter. See if the hand wheel in the back of the machine will turn. If it does not, you know you have a good jam. Turn until it loosen up. Check where the bobbin case is and find the thread. Make sure you have cleaned it all out of any loose threads and lint. After you have done this, turn your machine back on and see if that has solved the problem. Good luck.
