Needle up down

I have received a used handiquilter it works great but the needle up down on the front handles does not function, any ideas what I need to do??? The other functions on the right side of the front handle work.

Does the other button, speed button, work on that handle? I have an extra set of handles that I will gladly sell the pair to you. Let me know if that other button works.

Karla,
You need to call the Handi Quilter customer service at 877-697-8458 and ask for Greg. He can tell you what you need to do about your needle up down problem.

I have been talking with Whitney and it appears they will be sending a part to fix the problem (hopefully :) ).
