Needle Up/Down

My needle up/down often does not return to the full up position. Is there a way to adjust this? Thanks.

Before we can help with your question we need to know a couple of things. First of all are you using a Pro-Stitcher? Does it happen when you are using your needle up/down button? Do you have your walking stitch on?

No I do not have a pro-stitcher. I have a side saddle but have the problem when I am free motion quilting. As for the walking stitch on...where do I find that setting?
