Folks - love the new layout & forums. Just thought I would let you know the front page says free shipping in October ;) Also, the gadgets and machine pages are interesting :)

I too think the site looks nice but I shouldn't have tried to get on the discussions before coffee. I finally figured is out, but not before my second cup. Next time some warning would help.

I do believe I was told that our helpful folks who provide assistance when we call our Handi-911 number, will be answering some of these questions and providing guidance. I didn't read anything like that anywhere on the site information, but I do remember specifically being told that several weeks ago. I guess we shall see later on this morning.

Thanks for letting me know I wasn't going crazy...late last night. I was cruising the website forum when it blinked off, and this one popped up...talk about suprised!

I'm among the surprised, too. I haven't checked in here for quite a while and Zowie! Things are so different. Did anyone find out if we can reference the old posts? I used to be signed up as Jean Lazane but couldn't get that user name to register.

I don't know. I understood/thought the HQ folks would be signing in to help answer questions, but I don't know if that's still the plan or not. Am waiting for more information to be forthcoming via e:mail or some other annoucement.

That would be a wonderful thing if so - and if we could sort by topics and thus have some organization in the forum!

We'll see :)
