New Poles

I am getting new poles for my HQ16 using conduit. Is it possible to purchase new 'gears/sprockets' for the ends of the poles? I don't want to remove the 'gears' from the original poles.

Yes you can purchase new sprockets for your poles. Please call our customer service department M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM at 1-877-697-8458. They will be able to help you.
