New vs Used?

In researching my expected purchase, I have come across a few "deals" on used machines. The main disadvantage I can see having to set up and learn the basics on my own. My dealer will come to my house to set up and provide 3 hours of training. Does any one have any input concerning other pros/cons of purchasing the HQ16 pkg new or used? thanks

For what it's worth I bought my HQ because I had a local dealer for support. Before it was delivered my "dealer" stopped her business. I set it up myself and never got the instruction. The DVDs offered by HQ are excellent as is the help you get here. I wouldn't let that stop me from taking a deal. I love my machine and have no regrets.
