After a few years in storage, took out the wife's HQ video for review. Found that the picture quality was still pretty good but that the audio has suffered from extreme cold and heat. (from MN to LA) Tried emailing and calling the folks here at HQ but no response. Just trying to find a copy of the HQ instructional video in either VHS or DVD. Am willing to purchase if required. Any help would be appreciated.
