The plastic pole end caps keep working loose on my Fusion frame. I feel that I have tighened them with a wrench about as much as I dare. It seems there is pulling tension caused by the frame alignment or the poles not being long enough and the flexibliity of the sectioned poles makes the ends work loose. The poles were also slipping when the sprockets were latched. I added a liner sleeve in the sprocket ends of the poles to make the end caps fit tighter. This seemed to help keep them a little more secure, but they still work loose.
Some sort of a rod with threaded ends which extends the entire length of the poles might be an workable soultion, but I dont' know if there would be a way to activate the compresson sleeves in the caps.
