Pro-Stitcher not stiching correctly.

Hello,

I just go the new HQ 16 Stitch Regulated with the Pro-Stitcher, and I was working on my first quilt tonight, but when i set up a repeat on the Pro-Stitcher, it messes up. I will explain.

We set up a block pattern to repeat 5 times, straight across the quilt. We trace out the edges, and it looks perfect. As it starts to quilt, the first pattern does perfect, but then it slowly creeps UP on the quilt, and the last pattern in the row is about 3 inches from where it should be.

We made sure that the quilt was even, and it was. Also, the Pro-stitcher is missing parts of some patterns, and not stiching everything properly. We slowed it down, but it still did not help

Anybody got any suggestions???

Did the dealer come and set up the system? I'd be quick on the horn to the dealer and have them out there immediately.
