proper height for studio table

We are setting up the new studio frame for my new Avante machine. what is the proper height to set up this table. I know it adjusts for various height users. I am 5'3" What should be my arm position in relation to the table height/

First of all, congratulations on getting your Avante. You will love it. When adjusting the height of the table, hold your arm so your elbow is bent at a 90 degree angle. Your arm should be 3 inches above the pole that you would pin your quilt top to.
