Prostitcher and Downloading Patterns

I have HQ16 and prostitcher. I understand that the prostitcher is suppose to be able to read .qli extension patterns but for some reason, my pro-stitcher doesn't seem to read it when I transfer it to my USB stick. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
