ProStitcher Logon error System 32 Config file corrupt

When I turn on my Pro Stitcher I get the following message:
Windows could not start because the following file is corrupt
|Windows|System32\Config System

I didn't receive any software with my system. Does anyone have a solution

I am sorry that you are having problems with your Pro-Stitcher. Please call into our customer service at 1-877-697-8458, M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and ask for Sam. He will be able to help you with your problem.
