question about frames

Are the "HQ II Portable Home Machine Quilting Frame" and "Portable Professional Frame" one and the same thing? I notice that the package deals reference the later, whereas the HQ site product offerings reference the former. I'm trying to get an idea of what exactly the "Portable Professional Frame" looks like, since most pictures only show the machine head and not the frame that it would actually come with.
Thanks! |

| Thank you very much for the response! Is there somewhere on the site that I can see a picture of the Portable Professional Frame? |

| Thank you for the link, that helps. I'm trying to get an idea of whether the Portable Professional Frame includes a table, or if that is something that is purchased separately. If separately, can you tell me how the frame attaches to whatever table you choose to put it on? Also, is it adaptable to any long smooth surface, such as a laminate countertop? I guess more directly my question would be does the frame require a specific table or would any flat counter do as long as it could be affixed with bolts or some such? The long tracks that the carriage rides on appear to be removable and replaceable and not formed as part of a table itself, is that correct? Do you know what the minimum front-to-back clearance would need to be to mount the frame on a surface? Would 24" work with the upper portion of the frame extending out over the counter? |
