Question about Repeats

I use the Repeat function horizonatially for E2E designs. I noticed they can be Repeated vertically but don't know why someone would do this. Could you clue me/us in on the value of doing vertical repeats? Thanks

Connie,

You can use the vertical repeats to preview you vertical spacing before you begin to quilt your quilt. This way you will know how far to advance your quilt each time. You can also use the vertical repeat to load your whole quilt at once. That way you are able to see how the whole quilt will look.
