Does anyone know if the QuilTable comes with its own metal or aluminum tracks or does it use the plastic tracks that come with the Pro frame? Thanks.

The table does not come with any tracks. You will use the tracks that come with your machine. My tracks are a pliable plastic. When you lay them out on the table, wait a couple of days and they will "relax" and lay fairly flat. You can use the 3m double sided tape to tape them down in the spots that don't lay down. I didn't do this because as you work with the machine eventually the track does lay flat. Hope this helps.

By the way, I love my table. If you get any bounce out of the machine, you may want to put some tiny shims next to the table top pieces to firm them up.
