|Hello, I've been using for pro-stitcher for about a year and am really happy with it. Today, I encountered what feels like a pretty serious problem. No matter what I do, the screen is frozen/unresponsive. I've rebooted and cleaned the system a few times. Where do I go from here?|

I'm sorry you are having this issue. Probably the best thing for you to do is call Sam, who is one of our technicans. He can help you figure out what is happening and how to solve the problem. The number to call is 877-697-8458 Ext 120, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM MST.
