slippery studio table

What do you recommend that we use to tape down pantos and groovy boards on the studio frame table?

The black surface is made of something that tapes won't stick to very well - painter's tape, masking tape, etc. Pattern weights might be OK for paper pantos, but groovy bds need to be held more securely.

Suggestions?
