Stitch regulated vs. non-regulated

When I am using the stitch regulator, I experience pulling. The machine doesn't want to move easily at times. It feels like it catches on something and doesn't want to move, even though the warning beeper does not indicate that I am going too fast. In manual mode the machine glides. What do I need to do to use the stitch regulator without experiencing this?

Patricia,

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your quilting machine. First of all make sure that all your cables are in all the way. Check the cable at the back of the machine and the cable that connects into your stitch regulator. If this isn't the problem then please call our customer relations at 877-697-8458, M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, they will be able to help you with your questions.
