stitch regulator

why when I am in the stitch regulator mode, (yes it is lighted,) will the stitch length not change, (yes everything seems to be plugged in,) it is taking micro stitches

There are some questions I need to ask you. First of all, could you tell me what you meant when you wrote "yes it is lighted up"? Second question is, what machine do you have (HQ Sixteen, Avante, or Fusion)? The last question is, what stitch length do you have the regulator set on?
