Hi..brand new to this site and to the Avanti. I'm all set up and trying it out for the first time. I'm having tension issues. Lots of railroad tracking on the back. The bobbin tension seems correct and the indications are the top tension is not. I have adjusted the top tension but nothing has helped. I have changed thread brands and a different bobbin. I have turned the tension knob all the way...still no help. Please advise.

We fixed it...took apart the tension assembly completely and put it back together..must have been a piece of lint or thread inside the disc. Working great now.
