tension unit on Fusion fell off

The entire assembly with the tension disks on my 8 month old Fusion fell off today. My local rep told me about the set screw at 6 o'clock for tightening it, but this does not tighten it. I noticed in the forum another customer with the same problem. I left a message with HQ today (no live bodies available), but this seems like a ridiculous thing to take a quilt off the frame and drive over an hour for to my closest rep. Can someone please help.
