Underflow Error Message

Thank you for responding to my phone call about the Underflow Error problem and sending me the temporary update .07. After installing it I have not had the underflow error however, the tie off stitches are messed up. I cannot get the tie off to stop at 2 stitches. If I set it at 1 stitch, I get 1 at the beginning of the pattern and 2 at the end of the pattern. If I set it to 2 stitches, I get 3 at the beginning and 4 at the end of the pattern. Any helpful advice? Thanks, Connie
