USB Flash Drive

My HQ flash drive seems to have crashed. When I try to re-format it in Vista I always get the "unable to format" message. Any ideas on how I can re-format or get the HQ Updates to load to the flash drive?

You will need to call customer relations and have them send you another one. The number is 1-877-697-8458.
