Recently, I saw a utube video where someone used magnets to mount her quilt backing on her frame (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6QMElVnGdEY&feature=channel). I have an HQ16 with a studio frame and stitch regulator and prostitcher. If I were to use magnets, would it harm the computer components or would they be far enough away from the electronics. Thanks for your input!
Using magnets to load should be fine. I would just be careful not to get them on the c-pod (side screen) or the handlbars.
