Vertical Boarders

I have been playing around with the Pro Stitcher and I am having trouble working out how to do Vertical Boarders. If I plug in the length of the quilt, everything starts nicely, then when its time to pause and roll the quilt on I don't know what to do next. Resume moves the head. What shoud I do? Help
