I have downloaded the Codec and the webinar and still get a message it doesn't recognize the file extension and the codec is not vaild
What part of this puzzle am I missing?

Delete whatever you have already downloaded and try downloading the new file again.

I've tried that several times, It appears it's not compatible with windows media player
