| I have just purchased a handi quilter frame (not II). It comes with the handi handles which I would love to be able to use, but I do not have a compatible machine. I had intended to use quilt frame with my normal size brother machine. What other machines are compaible with handles besides the HQ; which I can not afford just now? I would love a long arm machine but probably am looking at a regular or mid arm for now. All input welcome. Thanks |

Do you know which brand of machine your handi handles are for? When I had that type of set up, I used the Juki TL98Q. You can find them for around $899 or maybe even cheaper if you check for used machines. From what I understand, the handi handles are made to specific manufacturers. I'm not sure of this and you may want to give Handi Handles a call to find out. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress. |

| tammy 1, I think I have a TL 98 Q Juki. I will check when I get home tonight. If you want it I am willing to sell it. I've had it for 2 years but only used it once. I needed to get a machine with a stitch regulator and the Juki didn't have one. It is a good machine and I still have the box it came in for shipping too. I also have a Grace frame if anyone is interested that I bought at the same time. I'll post later tonight. |

| neeces quilts, I may have an opportunity to purchase a Handi Quilt (not II) frame. I realize that I would need a compatible sewing maching. If Tammy is not interested in your Juki TL 98 Q, I may be interested. If the HandiQuilt 1 does not pan out, I may also be interested in the Grace frame. Can you tell me how large a quilt can be done on it. |

Thank you Neecees quilts, I am definatly interested in the Juki and have emailed you. I am also interested in the Gracie Frame but have some concerns about it fitting in my home. Also, since I am from Massachusetts, it sounds like something difficult to ship if you have already unpacked it. Please email me at anne@fordsplace.net and we can discuss size and shipping concerns. Sorry it took me so long to respond, I have been away. Hope to hear from you. Thank You |
