| I'm thinking about getting the HQ Sixteen and the frame with four poles, but do have a question. When quilting a larger quilt such as a large double/queen size and about 2/3 - 3/4 of the quilt is quilted and rolled, how much work space is left? How wide a pantograph is the most practical on this machine? I appreciate any help anyone can give me. This will probably be my ONLY opportunity to own a quilting machine and I want to get the right one. I don't have the room or the money for one of the big long arms so this one looks about right. |

I have the HQ 16 set up an a b-line frame so I think I lose about 1 to 1 1/2" and can do 11 inch pattern easy. I got the machine in late August 07, and started using it about the middle of September, LOVE IT! I have averaging at least one quilt a weekend, still have ALOT of in progress quilts and finished tops waiting for their turn. You will love this machine!! Happ New Year! Ann |
