Best Accessory to get 1st

I received my HQ16 Christmas Eve and I am wondering what everyone thinks is the accessory(ies) that they can't live without. I am getting ready to add either ruler base & rulers, groovy boards, or micro handles.

Also, does anyone use a tension gauge for bobbin thread much?

Go for the ruler base and rulers! I've looked at the Towa gauge but so far I've found that I can pretty much gauge the tension myself by following the directions on the website in the video. I do crank my tension a bit tighter than the video and that works pretty well for me.

The ruler base and TOWA gauge are the first two I would get. (If this limited me to purchasing just one ruler, I'd get the basic, straight HQ ruler.)

Hi, I am brand new to this site but have had my HQ for awhile now and LOVE the Rulers and you need the base as well. I went to the workshop in November and learned a ton ....ruleers are my favorite. I have used the groovy boards maybe twice.
