Bishops fan groovy board

I have really just started using my HQ I did a top using the Bishops fan groovy board. I was told that I should have joined my rows together.
can someone tell me if this is correct and if so how to join the rows. Thanks for you help Kathy] klasita@bellsouth.net |

| I think you mean Baptist fan groovy board. Anyway, look at your board. The top of the pattern is a curve that goes from fan shape to fan shape. There is also a similar curve on the bottom of the pattern but offset from the top curve. To line up your repeats or rows, have the top curve of the second row nestle into the bottom curve of the first row using your laser light and your needle. Leave the same distance between the two rows as is between the lines on the groovy boards. This should get you a nice continuous quilting pattern. I always check several pattern repeats along the row to make sure I'm right. It's much easier to correct my positioning than it is to rip out stitches. Good luck. |
