has anyone used the quilt cad program

I have drawn up a star from an embroidery file, got it all done but am trying to get it to the thumb drive, got it to the pro stitcher but there is no x-Y there to center it in the block, also have tried to upgrade the system, but nothing is showing up on the computer, it says cannot open file I live in Hong Kong. I am having fun quilting, but frustrated at the moment.

| somehow I went into the program again and it downloaded ok from quilt-cad, still having problems loading the upgrade. |
